Our Story
Ball Investing Started out of Necessity
At Ball Investing Real Estate, we understand that your home is more than just a place to live. It's where you create memories and make lifelong connections. As a military brat and in the military myself, I understood the importance of home.
When I moved to graduate school from Colorado Springs, I stressed about where I was going to live and how I was going to pay my way through graduate school. When I found my home, it was a 1950s build home that needed some renovations. I bought the house from one of my childhood teachers as-is, and went to work fixing the property. Only a few weeks later, 3 days before Christmas, I found a family by my girlfriend's house who needed to sell their home before the new year. I offered on their distressed property and we closed before the new year! Not only did the family have enough funds to pay off their existing debts, they had enough money to have an enjoyable Holiday with the family!
Ball Investing now purchases properties fast, as-is, in any condition, with you and your story in mind. Our aim is that we are the communities' go to for revitalizing, enhancing, and renovating residential real estate. We strive to improve our business, our relationships, and our community everyday.
